What is the ServSafe Manager Certification?

It is a nationally recognized certification for food service managers, demonstrating knowledge in food safety practices and regulatory requirements essential for public health protection. Anyone is welcome to register for the class and/or the exam. This certification is especially valuable to job seekers. 

How long is the certification valid?

The ServSafe Manager Certification is valid for five years anywhere in the United States.  To recertify call 229.403.8787 and register to take the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam again.

What topics are covered in the 2026 training?

The training covers personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature control, receiving and storage, and effective cleaning and sanitizing procedures. HACCP is covered extensively to follow along with 2026 updates in the new ServSafe Manager book.

Is the proctor fee included in the registration?

Yes, our registration covers the proctor and the official ServSafe Manager Certification exam.

What materials should I bring to the seminar?

Participants are required to bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the ServSafe Manager Book, which is included in your registration fee.
